So how do we recommend working with the outputs?
Share the tool with your teams.
Over the next two weeks, choose one behavior from each of the A-B-C areas and implement it collaboratively and explicitly, in team meetings and in all work with teams and interfaces.
Finally, embed the language yourselves. In every team meeting, talk about it and share how you brought the behavior to life.
